On 20th August 2011, 3.00pm - 4.00pm, the MPH Publishing Group hosted a book signing for Paul Callan, the author of The Dulang Washer at MPH Bookstore, Mid Valley, KL. The elegant lady in the center is YB Dato' Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen and on the right is Mr. Paul Callan.

Dublin-born author, Paul Callan talked about the two and a half years he spent traveling all around Perak to research for his first novel, ‘The Dulang Washer’. The novel tells the story of the Chinese coming to Malaya and all they had to endure to stay here. The Dulang Washer is now on sale at RM 39.90 on MPHOnline.com
